JaWoll Socks

Look how short these are. Marvel that they took several months to knit. Sheesh. They are Lang JaWoll Color, color 82.0080, and incorporate single-ply reinforcing yarn at the heels and toes.

In my defense, they are worked at 9 stitches per inch (with 2.25 mm bamboo needles). They were worked from the toe up, with short-rowed heels and toes. The foot is stockinette, and the cuff is a 3x3 rib. I used a tubular cast off, modified from from the instructions for working it in double rib found in Hand-Knitting Techniques from Threads Magazine.
