M's Possum Watch Cap

Okay, here's the real story of this hat. My husband does not particularly "get" my love affair with knitting. Further, he wears a uniform at work, and when he's at home, he's a thrift-store flannel and Levi's sort of guy. Handknits don't really enter the picture.

He hails from California, and we now live in a climate that's snowy and cold for a good 4-5 months of the year. He's always freezing in the winter. I made this hat for him not expecting awe and appreciation, and knowing he might well lose it. I made it because Furlana is 20% possum and incredibly soft and warm. That's all. He's a good guy.
